    Today in makhalla named   Asaka of Mirzo-Ulugbek district there was organized a round table talk with the activists of the makhalla on the topic "The existing problems of employment and social activity of youth."Certainly, a group of professors and teachers of Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, where participated  the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation T. Sultanov, Dean of the Faculty of Land Management  Resources Sh. Narbaev, Head of the Department of Land Management A. Altiev. , responsible for working with youth Eshova H., Deputy Dean of the Department of Land Management, and Z. Khafizova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Land Use. Professor Abdrashid Altiev made a spech at the event. Besides that due to the interests of citizens there was given a full information about our state, where there had been created  the equal working conditions for all people,  regardless of the form of ownership, a state organization, a private enterprise or a family business.

In order to solve the problem of employment in makhallas, first of all, it is necessary to attract the bulk of the population to entrepreneurship, to provide them with financial support and professional training of young people. In addition, it is advisable to raise the level of knowledge of young people, direct them to education and profession, create an economic mechanism for "creating decent working conditions" characteristic of market relations, "recruiting" them. This is a great opportunity to increase the social activity of the population, especially young professionals. During the round table talk, the parties discussed the ongoing reforms in the country and actual  issues. The event was very interesting and full of interesting questions and answers.
