Dear and honorable team of our institute, dear mentors, respectable friends, colleagues, dear students, graduates and guests!
Welcome to the virtual life and the website of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers!
At the suggestion of our President Mirziyoyev Shavkat Miromonovich, 2018 was declared the “Year of support for active entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and technologies” in Uzbekistan. In this new year, the agenda includes priority tasks to improve the quality of upbringing and education, increase their efficiency, integrate science and production, provide new technologies and innovative ideas and their implementation.
In the age of global information, the importance of media means in protecting the young generation from ideological threats, in shaping and developing their media immunity, in creating a society that opposes these threats is growing in invaluable degree.
This problem is considered at the level of public policy. In the Appeal of our President to the Oliy Majlis, it was noted that this year will work to speed up the Internet speed 2.5 times.
The new era challenges the institute to reorganize the site’s activities. I would like to briefly mention the work in this direction. First of all, we are required to perform the most important tasks of expanding the information activity of TIIAME, creating a unified communication environment, creating conditions for increasing the prestige of the institution in the global information environment and creating a corporate environment. Work is underway on the replenishment of electronic educational resources and innovative ideas in the educational system of the institute, coordination and their regular placement on the site.
To increase the efficiency of upbringing and education, a large role is given to the creation of a new generation of electronic textbooks, expanding and enriching the system of distance education.
Proceeding from this, improvement of work in this direction is required.
A radical reorganization of electronic links between structural units of the institute is required. The main focus of our activities should be working with gifted students, coordinating the activities of young scientists and encouraging innovative ideas and projects developed by them. To do this, you need to create a special rubric on the website and promptly study, promote and systematically analyze innovative ideas and proposals developed by young scientists and students, as well as develop instructions for their use in the educational process.
Prompt posting on the website of the institute of news that took place in Uzbekistan and on the world stage, related to the field of education, it is especially important to establish a system of constant news coverage related to the institute’s international relations and educational achievements of foreign partners.
It is necessary to pay attention to the coverage and immediate posting of important news on the site, interesting news, cultural and educational events and sports competitions related to the activities of the institute. Based on the interests of the youth, thus it is necessary to achieve a higher level of scientific intelligence, expanding their horizons and enriching the educational and spiritual world of students.
Replenishing the institute’s site rubrics is a requirement of time. Each faculty and each department is required to work in collaboration with the electronic information and resource center.
In carrying out the tasks assigned to us, I wish you enthusiasm and strength. I hope that our cooperation in creating a new innovative environment based on advanced technologies in the field of education and training will last for many years.
