The Ministry of Water Resources hosted an event dedicated to A. Navoi.

The creative and scientific legacy of the thinker Alisher Navoi has a special place not only in the development of our people, but also in world literature. His works embody lofty universal ideas and reflect the boundless richness of our native language, its uniqueness and beauty. A great deal of work is underway to thoroughly explore the rich and multifaceted creative legacy of Alisher Navoi, to popularize his unfading works widely in the country and abroad, and to perpetuate his memory.

His creative legacy is vast and multifaceted and includes 30 major works, divans, collections of poems, dastans, poems and scientific treatises. He opened to the world the richness of Uzbek language; his 3150 ghazals strike with semantic play, freshness of images, allegories and metaphors. Alisher Navoi's vocabulary exceeded 26 thousand words, while today a person with higher education uses about four and a half thousand words.

No poet reflects on the upbringing of the individual as Alisher Navoi does. If you categorise all his thoughts and hopes, you get a certain code for a harmonious man. The poet does not distinguish between physical and spiritual beauty. Alisher Navoi illuminated the universe of native literature with new brilliancy, new meaning and facets. He knew the value of life and knew how to convey the truth to everyone with the power of words.
