SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL PROVIDING SCIENTIFIC DEGREES
Scientific Council № DSc.03/30.12.2019.T.10.02
According to the decree № 240/2 on June 27, 2017 of High Attestation Commission Presidency Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the decree № 61 June 27, 2017 of ACP “About the Scientific Council for Science Degrees”, Scientific Council № DSc.03/30.12.2019.T.10.02 was established at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engeneers. To the Scientific Council, in technical sciences providing scientific degrees of doctor of science (DSc) and philosophy doctor PhD on the following specializations:
05.09.06 – hydrotechnical and land reclamation;
05.09.07 - hydraulic and engineering hydrology;
06.01.02 - Melioration and irrigated agriculture;
06.01.10 - land management, cadastre and land monitoring (in technical sciences) doctoral theses are allowed to present.
On the basis of this scientific council providing scientific degrees, a one-time scientific council giving scientific degrees in the following specialties is permitted to create.
05.09.03- heat supply. Ventilation, air conditioning. Gas supply and lighting;
05.09.04- water supply. Sewerage. Water-protecting construction systems (in rural water supply and sewerage);
11.00.03- land hydrology. Water Resources. Chemistry (technical science);
11.00.05- environmental protection and rational use of natural resources (in technical sciences).

To the Scientific Council, in technical sciences providing scientific degrees of doctor of science (DSc) and philosophy doctor PhD on the following specializations:
05.05.07 - Electrotechnologies and electroequipment in agriculture;
05.07.01 – agricultural and land reclamation machines. Mechanization of agriculture and land reclamation;
05.07.02 – use, rehabilitation and repair of agricultural and land reclamation techniques doctoral theses are allowed to present.

According to the decree № 240/2 on June 27, 2017 of High Attestation Commission Presidency Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the decree № 80 June 27, 2017 of ACP “About the Scientific Council for Science Degrees”, Scientific Council № DSc.03/30.01.2020.I.10.03 was established at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engeneers and Tashkent State Agrarian University. To the Scientific Council, in technical sciences providing scientific degrees of doctor of science (DSc) and philosophy doctor PhD on the following specializations:
08.00.04 – Agricultural Economics doctoral theses are allowed to present.
06.01.10 – Land Management, Cadastre and Monitoring (economical sciences)

Scientific Council №DSc.28.02.2018.T/FM.61.01
In accordance with the Regulation on the Supreme Attestation Commission (SAC) under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Regulations on the Scientific Council for Scientific Degree, the Resolution of the Presidium of the SAC of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated on February 28, 2018, № 250/2 and the Decree of the SAC №288 on February 28, 2018 on “Creating a Scientific Council” Scientific Council DSc.28.02.2018.T/FM.61.01 was established at the Institute of Mechanical and Structural Seismic Resistance and the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.
The Scientific Council provides a scientific degree of Doctor of Science (DSc) and PhD in Physics and Mathematics, and DSc and PhD in Technics for the following subjects:
01.02.04 – Deformable solid mechanics (Physics-mathematics and technical sciences)
01.02.05 – Fluid mechanics (Physics-mathematics and technical sciences);
01.02.02 – Dynamics and robustness of machines, tools and equipment. (technical sciences)
are allowed to defend their qualifications.
Based on the scientific council which provides these academic degrees, it was permitted to create a one-time scientific council for scientific degrees in the following specialties
01.02.01 – Theoretical Mechanics;
01.02.03 – Mechanics of soils and rocks (technical sciences).
