Winner of the competition "Best Article of the Year"
The competitions are important in that they contribute to the field of science and the selection of genuine talents. The need to encourage real talent also serves this purpose. Support of talented youth in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ulugbek Foundation for Support of Talented Youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Youth Union of Uzbekistan Muhammad Khalikulov, a first-year master's student of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, won the competition for the best article of the year "Talented youth of the new Uzbekistan" among students, masters and doctoral students.
