Dear Colleagues!
On behalf of the Kazakh-German University, the Institute of Natural Resources and on my own behalf, I express deep condolences to you, all relatives and friends on the death of the chairman of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, Doctor of Economics Uktam Pardaevich Umurzakov. A prominent scientist, wonderful person, teacher, mentor and friend passed away.
Uktam Pardaevich showed himself as a talented and successful leader, enjoying the well-deserved respect of colleagues and like-minded people.
We convey condolences and express deep sympathy.
