Certificate of independence
On the 27th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an event entitled “The Constitution is the key to our happiness” held at the faculty of Energy Supply of Agriculture and Water Resources. The event was attended by the head of the department for coordination of special operations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, doctor of technical sciences, Colonel Olimjon Tursunboevich Akhmedov, candidate of agricultural sciences J.Sh. Eshmirzaev, S.S.Kodirov, dean of the faculty of energy supply of agriculture and water management A.J. Isakov, deputy dean for Youth Affairs A.N. Botirov.
Speaking at the event, Olimjon Tursunboevich Akhmedov noted that the Constitution serves as an important legal basis for the protection of human rights and freedoms, the formation of civil society, liberalization and modernization of all spheres of society, the implementation of the principle “From a strong state to a strong civil society”. It also stipulates that everyone have the right to education, the state guarantees free general education, which provides the younger generation with great opportunities to show their talent and potential. Students received answers to all their questions.
