PROCUREMENT OF A SOFTWARE PROGRAM FOR TRAINING HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS OF TRACTORS, AGRICULTURAL AND MELIORATION MACHINES
The TIIAME received the grant “Enhancement of agricultural engineering programs by using innovative techniques employed in foreign universities” from the World Bank-financed Academic Innovation Fund of Modernizing Higher Education Project and intends to use part of the funds for procurement of software programs and electronic resources used in the training process.
The TIIAME invites eligible companies to indicate their interest and provide a bid for supply of the following software program:

The program is intended for training and will be used in laboratory and practical classes of the courses “Tractors and transportation units”, “Agricultural and melioration machines”, “Hydraulic systems of tractors and melioration machines” (training will be conducted in a subgroup of 10-12 students). By using the program, possible to build virtual circuits of hydraulic and electrical systems and simulate/animate their operation using measuring devices (multimeter, oscilloscope, hydraulic tester, thermometer, etc.); create or activate pre-defined failures to develop the skills to eliminate possible malfunctions / problems that occur during operation. |
Procurement of goods will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Credits and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011, revised in July 2014 (Procurement Guidelines) and any participants from eligible countries can participate in the bid.
Interested companies/bidders may obtain further information (requirements for the software program (specification), delivery conditions, etc.) via e-mail specified below. The deadline for submitting a commercial offer is 14 days until 23.04.2021.
Commercial offers must be valid for 90 days from the date of submission of the offer. Foreign suppliers should specify the prices taking into account the delivery of the program to Tashkent.
