CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CONDUCTING THE SURVEY
The TIIAME received the grant “Enhancement of agricultural engineering programs by using innovative techniques employed in foreign universities” from the World Bank-financed Academic Innovation Fund of Modernizing Higher Education Project and intends to use part of the funds for consultant services.
The consultant's services include conducting the survey on curriculum with existing and possibly new courses of the major “Agricultural mechanization” among agricultural specialists working in the agricultural mechanization and other related fields, as well as developing recommendations based on the analysis of the survey results. Work on preparation and conducting the survey, analysis of results and development of recommendations based on questionnaires analysis should be carried out from 28.12.2020 to 28.02.2021. The number of respondents participating in the survey must be at least 100 specialists.
The TIIAME invites consultants/companies to indicate their interest in providing the services. Activities expected by the Consultant will include but not be limited to the following:
- getting acquainted with the currently using curriculum of the major agricultural mechanization, preparation of survey questionnaires
- identifying potential respondents, get in touch with them and conducting the survey
- analysis of survey results and development of recommendations
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition). Candidates or organizations interested in conducting the survey must deliver their offers (set of documents) to the project office in a sealed envelope by December 25, 2020. The package of documents should include brief plan of planned work and budget, information about the candidate or organization (passport data or Charter, CV, copies of diplomas, certificates and other documents).
