Visit to Amir Temur Museum

Although Amir Temur acted within the framework of his medieval traditions, he became the first initiator of the idea of ​​"the one space" which aggitates the belief that, people, regardless of race, nationality, religion or origin, can live in a single territory." After his actions, for the first time in history, Asian and European countries felt that they were in a single geopolitical space. The State Museum of the History of the Temurids is included in the list of "State Unique Scientific Objects" and its treasury contains about 5,000 items reflecting the history of Uzbekistan. Among them are the finds of Sopollitepa and Jarqoton dating back to the 2nd millennium BC, pottery from the 10th and 11th centuries found in Afrosiyab and Tashkent, many unique manuscripts from the time of Amir Temur and the Temurids, there are official documents, silver and copper coins, pottery, copperware, architectural coatings, weapons, musical instruments, ethnographic artifacts.

Museums play a special role in educating a spiritually mature person. The historical artifacts, rare manuscripts and documents stored in them tell the story of history, the life of our ancestors, the high spirituality. This encourages to respect and love the heritage left by our ancestors, as well as instills in youth a sense of belonging to this dear Motherland.
