Abu Ali Ibn Sina said that if you follow a healthy lifestyle, you can live longer. Our nation have been taught the rules of sitting around the table, how to talk, eat and to respect elderly since childhood. But the fact is that not everyone knows rules of proper nutrition. If we paid attention to the water balance in our body, know the daily amount of foods to eat, and, as the wise say, we would be in list of the people who live long. As a result, the number of patients with atherosclerosis, heart attack, obesity, diabetes, and blood pressure wouldn't be increased year by year.
Health and wellness depend on how we eat and what we eat. Eating does not mean eating whatever you have. It has its own routine. Nowadays, many people think that they should eat three times a day. However, experts say the number of times a person has to eat, and the calorie content of the food must be equal to the weight of the hardness of the work he does, or to the amount of energy consumed. Modern nutritionists say that people should eat five times a day. The students of MHW, HC, ESAWR faculties participated in the event.
