Brief information about COVID-19 virus

At present time on the initiative of the Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs Kh. Eshova, senior lecturer of Department “Land Management”   Z. Khafizova, the most important topic of the day was devoted to the COVID-19 virus, which was organized in the conference of the faculty. At the event professors and 3rd year students participated.

Leading doctors of Tashkent Center for Reproductive Health M.Azimova and K.Abdumuminova took part in the event with their reports. At the event, a new strain of the genetically modified, very rapidly spreading COVID-19 virus was discussed, which has become more prevalent, especially among for young people. What to do to prevent the spread of this species? It is true that the epidemiological situation in Uzbekistan is currently stable.

However, this does not mean that the risk of the spread of the corona virus inspection has been completely eliminated. As mentioned above, the only way to combat the new COVID-19 strain is to comply with quarantine rules. Currently, quarantine restrictions in our country are gradually being eased. If our people do not fully comply with this order, its consequences can lead to drastic measures. In short, everything depends on us. Importantly, the COVID-19 vaccine has also proven to be beneficial for the new strain.

Therefore, before the start of mass vaccination in our country, if every citizen is responsible for his own health, regularly uses medical masks, adheres to the quarantine rules, we will undoubtedly avoid the current epidemiological situation in many countries of the world. Today we can observe the extreme calmness of our citizens outside, in transport, in markets and in stores, ignoring the requirements of quarantine, the lack of using simple means of protection. This is why we must accept all quarantine rules seriously and protect ourselves and our families.
