S.A. International scientific teleconference with Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University was held. Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers and S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University hosted an international scientific teleconference. It was attended by qualified specialists of both universities. The head of the department of "humanities", t.f.d. Sh.M.Uljaeva at the international scientific conference "Prospects of International Cooperation between S.A.Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" ("Prospects of International Cooperation between Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers").

Sh.M.Ulzhaeva told that today in the world system of higher education there are huge changes and innovations, there is a great competition, it is important to develop international educational, teaching, scientific and cultural relations to be worthy of them. Sh. Ulzhaeva drew attention to the most pressing issues of today's cooperation. As noted in the report, today no higher education institution can find its place in the world higher education space without international partners and joint efforts.

 A memorandum of cooperation has also been signed with the Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, and we believe that in the future there will be active contacts in all areas of higher education.
