Among winners
On 9 February 2021, an award ceremony was held at the Ministry of Innovative Development to honour the winners of the "20 Best Start-ups 2020" competition and the winners of the "Best Projects" competition at the International Youth Innovation Forum. It is worth noting that about 5,100 projects from 24 countries were submitted to the competition, the best 20 projects from Uzbekistan were awarded, and all the winners became members of the Youth Academy.
Ravshan Botirov, a 2nd year doctoral student, and Rustam Khudoykulov, an assistant at the Department of Tractors and Automobiles, Faculty of Agricultural Mechanisation, took part in the competition with their project "Electric Tokida ҳarakatlanuvchi bogdorchilik mini traktori". They took 3rd place and were awarded 10m UZS. During the event, they were also presented with certificates of membership in the Youth Academy. We congratulate the young researchers on this achievement and wish them success in their future endeavours.
