Vacuum and semiconductor devices
It is a field of science that studies and uses the conductivity of electromagnetic fields in elementary charged particles in electronics, gas, vacuum and solid bodies. Today it is difficult to imagine our live without this field.
An open lecture was held at our Institute's G315 auditorium about the Smartphones with advanced functions like semiconductor convert - the "assistants" of communication devices, which are now transformed into ordinary media devices. The lecture was given by Professor of Electronics and Mechatronics Department Shoizupov Shoakbar Azizovich to the 3 th course Students of Life Safety Direction.
Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Water Management Ismailov Abdusaid Jalilovich, dean of faculty of hydromeliorative mechanization Begmat Norov, teaching staff and teachers of the department participated in the lecture. The teacher shared the lecture with the students, explaining each stage with science-based examples. Every process that is taking place on vacuum and semiconductor devices has been demonstrated through animated illustrations to be impressed in students' memory.
It's important that eighty minutes of students and the audience were meaningfully. We invite those who follow these lessons to participate in our next lessons.
