On April 9, 2019 Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Construction  hosted a scientific-practical seminar titled "The work done within the international project of DSinGIS: Doctoral degree in Geoinformatics of Erasmus + for 2017-2020." The seminar was participated by The first-year doctoral students of TIIAME - I.Abdurahmanov, Z.Mamatkulov and B.Uspankulov, and I.Abdullaev, a senior teacher of National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, as well as Samarkand Regional Department of Land Resources and State Cadastre, Samarkand Region State Enterprise of Land Management and Real Estate Cadastre, Samarkand State Scientific and Design Institute Uzdavrloyiha divisions, managers and employees of Samarkand aerodynamic state enterprise.

Opening ceremony of this scientific-practical seminar was made by Iskakov Erkin Xujayorovich, vice-rector on scientific work and innovations, SamSIAC. In his speech E.Isakov gave a speech  on the current research, national and international projects and innovations, including "DSinGIS" project, which is being attended by the professors and teachers of the department "Geodesy and Cartography" and emphasized the importance of this. Then the word was given to the head of the Land Resources and State Geographical Data Bank of Samarkand region Jamanov Fazil Jamanovich.

Jamanov Fazil Jamanovich, Head of the Department of Land Resources and State Geographical Data of Samarkand Region, made a presentation on the theme "Activities, future plans and international relations of the Samarkand regional management of land resources and state cadastre". The speaker also wished success to the future workshop and international project. National Coordinator of the project, PhD doctoral of TIIAME - Abdurakhmanov Ilhom Isakovich with the report "DSinGIS project, carried out within its framework". In his report, in addition to detailing the goals and objectives of the project, the organizational issues in the project, the extent to which foreign doctorate postgraduate students are directed to the upgrading courses, in particular during the first and second call, and detailed information on the selected achievements and achievements.

In addition, I.Abdurahmanov in his speech emphasized the main goals and objectives of the project, and emphasized the need to focus on the further development of cooperation between industrial enterprises and higher education institutions.

I.Abdurahmanov told about the new PhD program and its specialization opened during the DSinGIS project, the creation of up-to-date courses in 18 specialized geoinformatics and the training of courses through the Moodle system. It is also worth noting that after all the courses are ready, not only do PhD doctoral students, but all researchers and staff interested in these courses in the production organization, as all 18 courses will be available as open source later 'tdi. Moreover, within the framework of the project, it is planned to open separate E-Learning Centers at the Joint Research Center for SES in Uzbekistan and the Uzbek partner at the universities and all of them at the expense of the project with the necessary equipment, geoinformatics equipment "he said.

Also, PhD doctoral candidate Mamatkulov Zohid Jonkobilovich participated in a seminar on "Improvement of scientific researches conducted by the University of Vienna at Obuda University within the framework of DSinGIS project". In his presentation, he briefed on the European experience in the GAT sector and answered questions from the seminar participants. Babanazarov Sohibjon Farhadovich, director of the Samarkand branch of the Uzdaverloyiha Language Center, spoke about the current work in the division, in particular the cooperation and future plans established with foreign higher education institutions and within the framework of the DSinGIS project. as well as the need for more collaborative partnerships with partner universities.

Then the director of the Samarkand branch of SUE "UzGAShLITI" Bekbol Gulom Karimovich spoke about the topogeodezic and geological prospect of the construction sector in Samarkand region. He also answered the questions of students, masters and young scientists interested in the workshop. In addition, the director of Samarkand aerogeodesy State Enterprise Pirnazarov Islam Mardonovich spoke.

I.Pirnazarov spoke about the company's activity in his report on "Geotopographic and aerospace works and future tasks in the enterprise". He also informed about the DSinGIS international assistance in the Samarkand region, as well as the upcoming tasks and the expected outcomes of the research.

Abdullaev Ilhomjon Uktamovich, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geodesy and Geoinformatics, National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, made a report entitled "Traditional scientific conferences on Geoinformatics" participated in the seminar. In his speech, I.Abdullaev noted that in science there is a great deal of place in the field of science, the abundance of resources, and the fact that many terms are in foreign languages, it was pointed out. In the DSinGIS project a great deal of attention was paid to this issue, and a special electronic dictionary for geophysical terms has been created so far, with more than 1,000 words being added in 3 languages ​​and continuously enriched passed. Also IA Abdullaev gave information about traditional scientific conferences on geoinformatics, which were held within the framework of the project, and invited all participants to participate in future conferences with their articles.

Niyazov Vohidjon Ruziyevich, the independent researcher of SamSIAC, said that his research work is "the development of methods for optimization of geodetic bases using GNSS technology (in the case of mining fields)" and its connection with GAT technologies 'he said. Besides, Rakhimov Ulugbek Abdullayevich, independent doctoral candidate of SamSIAC, "Improvement of geodetic and cartographic support of the State cadastre of sites of material cultural heritage" and independent researcher Gulmurodov Farrukh Eshmurodovich " scientific bases of scientific research ".

Young scientists also spoke about the activities of this international project in the field of GAT and its enormous potential for students, masters and young scientists in Uzbekistan. In addition, participants talked about their workshops and international projects. At the end of the seminar, the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, E. Isakov and the national coordinator of the project, I.Abdurahmanov, expressed their gratitude to all the participants of the seminar and emphasized the necessity of further development of new projects, thereby highlighting the possibility of further boosting human resources.
