One more step for future energy

The Korean-Uzbek Business Forum was held within the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on November 22-24, 2017, and was signed a Memorandum on establishing Yoeju Technical Institute between the Korean and Uzbek partners in Tashkent.

In accordance with the Memorandum signed on July 24, 2018, Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent received the status of Higher Education Services Provider in the Republic of Uzbekistan under a state license issued by the State Inspectorate for Educational Quality Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The establishment of Yoeju Technical Institute in Tashkent, created new job opportunities in the Republic, as well as created a healthy competitive environment in the education sector. This effected positively to the integration of education and industry, the quality of education and human resources, and lowering budget spending and addressing other education-related issues. Now Youth can study in their preferred and innovative areas.

On December 12, 2019, a solemn opening of the educational and laboratory complex "Renewable Energy Sources" was held at Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent. The event was attended by the rectors of leading universities of the country, representatives of ministries and partner organizations, as well as journalists. The symbolic date for the red ribbon cutting ceremony was set for December 12 at 12:12:12 pm. During the event, Memorandums of Cooperation were signed with Tashkent State Economic University in the field of science and innovation, Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, and "Plan Best Energy" companies in the field of renewable energy sources. Guests were presented with analysis and study of solar, wind and hydrogen energy by students of the “Alternative Energy” direction.

It is pleasant that the event was attended by the head of the department "Electricity and Renewable Energy Sources" D. Kadirov and associate professor A.I. Anarbayev. During the event with the rector of the Yeoju Technical Institute J.Sh. Kudaybergenov shared the opinions about using a new laboratory of Yoeju by the students of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.
