On June 15, 2021 an international scientific seminar "Life and work of the great poets of all times Nizami Ganjavi and Alisher Navoi: similar fates" was held. This conference was organized by the Humanities Department. Prominent scholars from the Institute of History and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, the Baku State University, the Azerbaijan National Conservatory and other universities, as well as professors and teachers from the National University of Uzbekistan, the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the Mahpirat Institute of History of Central Asian Nations, the Turon Academy of Sciences, the Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Art and Design took part in this seminar.

Presentations were made by: Doctor of History, Professor of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Mais Amrakhov with the report "Glory to Nizami Beginner and Continuer of Navoi", head of the department of the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature, doctor of philological sciences Tahmina Badalova with report "Nizami Gəncəvinin "Məxzənül-əsrar", head of Turkish studies department of Baku State University Ramiz Askar with report "Alisher Navoi in Azerbaijani language", head of department "Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan The head of the department "Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan" of the Azerbaijan Institute of Literature, doctor of philological sciences Almaz Uvli Binnatova with a report "Əlişir nəvainin şəxsiyyəti haqqinda ilkin qaynaqlar" and others.
