Internships at the Scientific and Practical Innovation Seminar
At present, the students of the department "mechanization of irrigation and drainage works" and "hydraulic engineering construction" in Okalta district of Syrdarya province together with the teaching staff took an active part in the scientific and practical seminar organized by the Research Institute of Irrigation and Water Problems on "technologies of irrigation water production from polyester composite materials" in the production practice.
The students got acquainted with the results of scientific research and returned with positive feedbacks, the meeting was full of questions and answers, the seminar was attended by representatives of basin irrigation system administrations, as well as representatives of the "INDORAMA" agro-cluster, besides local authorities, H-N Australian, who won the international grant of the cluster. A group of scientists led by Robert was also present. They are currently using GPS-equipped land leveling machines to level more than 3,000 hectares of land.
Foreign guest in conversation with assistant of GIM department I.ITurdibekov, noted that he is familiar with TIIAME and its current activities, has a positive attitude, and also noted that Mr. Robert, having heard that the technology of irrigation of crops with moisture from the ground, which he performed in the African continent and in Australia, was also performed by his interlocutor in the Arnasay area, expressed his intention to visit him to see the results in the near future.
