Response to the Presidential Address.
Only a new vision, new ideas and plans will determine the actions and practical outcomes that affect the future of the state, prosperous the homeland and the welfare of our people. Instruction of clear plans, without proper action, and perspective plans are difficult to implement.
All our people are looking forward to the next appeal of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Senate and the Legislative Chamber. Like a start-up athlete, we were all looking forward to the president's speech, his call to action.
Team of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanisation Engineers gathered in the freshly renovated Palace of Culture to hear the Petition. The professors and teachers of the institute listened to the President's words through a large monitor on a large stage.
The address defines the duties and actions of each leader and every citizen for the future of our people and prosper the country.
There is no greater purpose than the aspirations and interests of our people, who rely on hope and confidence in the deputies and senators.
It is useless to talk about the development of the country without a conscious approach to the problem, a strong fight against corruption, a full-fledged development of science and digital economy, and beneficial cooperation in all areas. That is the demand of today.
That is why it is no accident that the president proposes to declare 2020 as the Year of Science and Development of the Digital Economy.
Science is the source of progress, while colonialism is the brain with precision, and the economy is its heart and hands.
The statement, "Where There is no knowledge, there will be misguidance; knowledge is the right thing to do, and the greatest wealth is intelligence, and the greatest poverty is ignorance." The head of state also pointed out that the school was not created because of a lack of scientific understanding in every field. It sets the grants to double. Some argued that it would fire the leader who did not implement digitalisation programs.
The staff of our institute listened with excitement to the President's Address and felt that it was not just a call, but also a guide to life and a guide to development.
