To this end, a webinar on "Empowering Women in Creative Education and Creative Spheres" was held on 26 February 2021 in partnership with the British Council and the El Yurt Umidi Foundation, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education and the National Council for Higher Education.

The webinar was opened by Uktam Pardaevich Umurzakov, Chairman of the Republican Council for Higher Education, Adham Khudoykulov, Head of Research and Innovation Development Department of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialised Education, Odiljon Sattarov, Deputy Director of El-Yurt Umidi Foundation, Tim Torlot, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Uzbekistan and Rachel Island, Director of the British Council Office in Uzbekistan.
