Museum education
The best place in the modernization of spiritual and moral education of youth is given to museums. The role and importance of museums in the spiritual and moral education of youth is priceless. Museums are reliable keepers of the historical memory and heritage of past eras. 2nd year students of the group 202 of the department of Irrigation and Melioration of the faculty of Hydromelioration under the direction of the curator of associate professor A.Mamataliev visited the State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan.
The State Museum of the History of Uzbekistan is one of the largest and oldest scientific and educational institutions in Central Asia. The museum's exposition includes about 250 thousand exhibits, including about 60 thousand archaeological, over 80 thousand numismatic and 16 thousand ethnographic objects that reflect Uzbek history from primitive times to the present day. Artifacts occupy a special place in the exposition. A visit to the museum left a lasting impression on students.
