"Book instead of book"
On November 29, 2019, a regular meeting of the primary organization of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Energy Supply of Agriculture and Water Resources held. On the agenda of the item different things were discussed the project "Book instead of books", created on the initiative of the dean of the faculty Doctor of Technical Sciences A.Zh.Isakov. The meeting participants unanimously approved the implementation of the project in practice. The initiators and organizers of the project were the deputy dean of the faculty for youth affairs A.Botirov and the leader of the primary organization of the Youth Union F.Makhmudov. The aim of the project is to promote five important initiatives (the fourth initiative is the organization of systematic work to increase the spirituality of youth, the wide propaganda of reading books) put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev. The education of a healthy and harmoniously developed generation, well versed in the development of modern science, increasing their spiritual and moral, artistic and aesthetic culture, reading culture and book love.
Students, teachers, researchers and faculty members, as well as all comers, can take part in this project. Project participants will have the opportunity to donate one book to the project fund, write their wishes in it and sign it, and instead they will be able to read any other book. After reading the book, they will be able to exchange it for another book in the project fund. In exchange for one book in the project fund, students will be able to read as many books as they want.
