The Constitution is the foundation of our lives
Today at the Faculty of Land Management between the faculty and students, a round table discussion held on the topic “The Constitution is the basis of our life”. The event attended by the candidate of legal sciences of Tashkent State Law University S.Niyozova,the candidate of legal sciences, associate professor K. Rozimova, the candidate of legal sciences, associate professor A. Tajibaevna, the dean of the faculty of Land management Sh. Narbaev, the deputy dean for work with youth Kh. Eshova, as well as the faculty and students. Speakers noted that the Constitution is the basic law of the state. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a strong support and legal guarantee of social development, a vivid symbol of the independence of our country. It proclaims and protects the most important values: the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, the people as the only source of power, the possibility of the free existence of various political views, the diversity of ownership, the restriction of state power by law - and other generally accepted democratic values. According to the Constitution, more than 1000 new laws and more than 10 codes have adopted.
During the round table discussion, those present received information about the history of the creation of the Constitution, its role in building a democratic rule of law, protecting human rights and interests. The event continued with a festive music program.
