Motivational training discussions continue
On May 20, 2020, Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers Durdona Asilovna Mustafoeva, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Assistant Professor of "Pedagogy, Psychology and Teaching Methods" with the participation of professors and teachers of the department Pedagogy in the framework of the subject "Psychology" through the online platform Zoom for students of the
Management 2/4 group organized a discussion training on "Motivation is an important factor in personal development."
In addition to the students, professors, and doctoral students of the department also took part in the lively discussion of the topic with motivational educational examples for the younger generation, based on their experiences. Students also received answers to their questions. Team leaders Sidiq Musaev and Durdona Sanaeva were active in the training with interesting questions and creative answers. We believe that this motivational debate training will serve as a great school of experience for students to take their place in various fields in the future.
