Meeting with the grandson of academician T.N. Kari-Niyazov
Grandson of Academician T.N. Kary-Niyazov Ph.D. Shavkat Shavkatovich Kary-Niyazov and Director of the Scientific and Methodological Center “Heritage of Academician T.N. Kary-Niyazov ”, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor of the National University of Uzbekistan N. Kasimov visited TIIAME. The guests were introduced to the main building of the institute, the Information Resource Center and the educational laboratories of the institute.
The guests met with students attending English courses. Sh.Sh.Kary-Niyazov talked with students in English and praised their speaking skills. (S.Sh. Kary-Niyazov taught mathematics in the USA).
Professor N. Kasimov told students about the importance of mathematics and achievements in this field in our country. Sh. Sh. Kary-Niyazov spoke about the goals and objectives of the Scientific and Methodological Center "Heritage of Academician Kary-Niyazov", created in 2007. Sh.Sh.Kari-Niyazov and N.Kasimov also met with the faculty of the Department of Higher Mathematics. The parties exchanged views on pressing issues of mathematics.
