A web training on management psychology was organized
On May 5, 2020, at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, the Department of "Pedagogy, Psychology, and Teaching Methods" was organized through the online platform "Zoom" for teachers and students. This webinar-training was conducted by Associate Professor of "Pedagogy, Psychology and Teaching Methods" D.Mukumova.

In addition to mastering this topic, economics students gained all the psychological knowledge about themselves, as it is natural for everyone to be interested in knowing about themselves. That is, each student determined his personal psychological state, temperament types through tests during the lesson. At the same time, they were able to identify their hidden features and obvious shortcomings. It should be noted that they have mastered a wide range of knowledge about the development and improvement of management skills inherent in human nature, the regulation of the situation between the manager and the employee in the process of development as much as possible.
In the current pandemic, a lot of practical work is being done to conduct online classes in higher education institutions operating in our country. In particular, this webinar-training organized at our institute is a logical continuation of this practical work. The organization of webinars on this platform allows professors and teachers of the department to talk and exchange news at home and with each other. In addition, the institute students connected to the webinar cause the emergence of distance learning in the process of independent performance of the given tasks. This is undoubtedly an important step in a positive direction.
