CONSULTING SERVICES FOR TEACHING THE COURSE

The TIIAME received the grant “Enhancement of agricultural engineering programs by using innovative techniques employed in foreign universities” from the World Bank-financed Academic Innovation Fund of Modernizing Higher Education Project and intends to use part of the funds for consultant services.

The consultant's services include organization of the course "Using information and communication technologies in professional activities" and teaching classes for two groups (12-16 faculty in one group) of teachers of the “Agricultural Mechanization” Faculty. The classroom load in the course is 72 hours, and the course classes will be held during 8-12 weeks. The course should include topics for those who have intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft Office packages, on the iSpring program, GoogleDocs tools, on Internet, on MOOC courses, on creating video lessons, on using Moodle and other topics related to professional activities of teachers. Classes in groups will be held sequentially and classes in the first group will begin in first week of April 2021.

The TIIAME invites consultants/companies to indicate their interest in providing the services. The consultant should develop course program, prepare presentation materials on the topics, teach the course at TIIAME, assess the knowledge of teachers using tests. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).

Candidates or organizations interested in organization and teaching classes of the course must deliver their offers (set of documents) to the project office in a sealed envelope by March 29, 2021. The package of documents should include content of lectures and practical classes, brief plan of planned work and budget, information about the candidate or organization (passport data or Charter, CV, copies of diplomas, certificates and other documents).
