A selection of refereed journals for the publication of scientific articles
On May 1, 2021, was organized a seminar training for the teaching staff, young scientists and doctoral students of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, the Bukhara and Karshi branches of TIIAME. At the seminar training Professor Obid Tursunov made a presentation on the topic "The consequences of publishing articles in predatory publishers and mechanisms for selecting high-quality publishers."
More than 750 teachers, young scientists and doctoral students of TIIAME and branches took part in the seminar training. During the preparation of the article, the participants received detailed information on identifying unscrupulous (predatory) publishers, the selection of scientific journals in quartiles Q1 and Q2, indexed in the Scopus and WoS databases. They exchanged views on the publication of articles, methods of writing articles and problems arising from the publication of articles, as well as solutions to these problems.
