Youth employment and career guidance
In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 20, 2021 PF-6208 and the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education dated April 29, 2021 No 202, Tashkent city Mirzo Ulugbek district " Mirzakalon Ismoiliy ”MFY in collaboration with Faculty of “Energy Supply in Agriculture and Water Management” TIIAME held a roundtable discussion with community activists on June 30, 2021 on “Non-unionized Youth Employment and Career Orientation”.
"Mirzakalon Ismailiy" M.F.Y. chairman Khalimova Mashkhura Mahamatovna, mahalla activist R. Timashova, a group of professors and teachers of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, including Associate Professor of ET and OEE T. Bayzakov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty O. Matchonov, assistant Professor of ET and OEE Sh. Yusupovs attended at the event.
To solve the problem of unemployment in the neighborhoods, first of all, it is necessary to attract the majority of the population to entrepreneurship, support financially and provide with vocational trainings. In addition, it is necessary to increase the level of knowledge of young people and to direct them to education and profession.
During the roundtable, the sides discussed the ongoing reforms in the country and current issues. The event was full of interesting questions and answers.
