"Five Days of Spring"

The project with the same name was organized in our institute. The number 5 in it is symbol of the implementation of five initiatives put forward by the President. This wonderful project, organized for the first time for women of our institute, which includes five important initiatives, precedes International Women's Day. The first day of this project, initiated by the leadership of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers and the women's team of the Institute from March 2 to March 6, 2020, the first day began with an exhibition of applied art, handicrafts. Inspired by this event, our rector, Umurzakov Uktam Pardayevich, came to see the exhibition and expressed their sincere thoughts. In the course of the exhibition, the students expressed their views and suggestions.

In connection with the wide celebration of International Women's Day on March 8 at our Institute the organization of the Women's Week "Five Days of Spring" is noteworthy. This provides interaction between students and educators. Vice-rector for youth affairs, deans of faculties and heads of departments were also present at the exhibition. Visitors were particularly impressed by the embroidered and hand-made items of the Institute's girls. Then, in the conference room on the fourth floor of the "B" building gathered 170 women and girls from all faculties.

The "Five Days of Spring" project has become a truly festive atmosphere.Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Shohista Uljaeva and 3rd year student of HM faculty, Sohiba Imomalieva, thanked the institute's leadership for the importance of the project and the support of the institute's management, noting that all women will be active in future projects. At the end of the event, the administration of the Institute and the team of women took photo to commemorate the opening of the project.

The jury's conclusion on women's art, design, applied art is as follows:

1. Team of students of HM faculty and ESAWR faculty in the field of creativity;

 

2. LM faculty student team in designing, modeling;

 

3. Teams of HC faculty and AM faculty in the field of painting and design;

 

4. Teams of MHW faculty and OMWR faculty the field of applied art.

There are 280 women and students. Teams of the faculties, which won the overall team, will be awarded with memorable gifts from the management of the institute at the end of the project. Be active, dear ladies, it's all for you. Tomorrow, the second day, inter-faculty activities dedicated to the second initiative, will continue. On the second day, interesting contests are ahead. It is necessary to express gratitude to the leadership of the institute, the committee of the trade union, the primary organization of the Union of Youth, the faculties, who assisted in the organization.
