In order to fulfill the tasks set out in the letter of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 2, 2020 No. 87-08-664 "on schools attached to all higher education institutions of the country with the purpose of improving the quality of education and professional skills and methodological support of teachers, and to modernize the educational process and teaching activities in schools, to organize lessons on the basis of pedagogical technologies, there has been organized "Pedagogical mastery schools" courses under the Department of "Professional Education and Physical Culture".

Our institute has signed a bilateral cooperation MEMORANDUM between Tashkent city and Tashkent region Department of Public Education. In this regard, 50 young teachers from 5 schools in Yunusabad district of Tashkent, No.12,58,150,271 and 274 schools and No.41,51,55,56 and 64 schools in Orta Chirchik district of Tashkent region are having retrained their skills online. Potential professors and teachers of the institute: Professor Z. Ismailova, professor and V.B Khimmataliev, doctor of pedagogical sciences R. Choriev, associate professor R. Jumaniyazov, associate professor M. Khoshimova, associate professor and D. Muqumova, Senior Lecturer, Ph.D. D. Mustafaeva and others were involved.

They are delivering lectures via the ZOOM platform on topics: "Requirements for modern teachers", "Innovative activities of teachers", "Methods of organizing lessons on the basis of pedagogical technologies", "Teacher's speech culture, communicative competence", "Methods of organizing open lessons in science", "Teachers' pedagogical competence ”. We believe that the results of such cooperation will be a guide for young teachers in their future pedagogical activities.
