Admittedly, those who succeed in this are able to conquer the third and fourth steps in the path of science.The Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers in compliance with quarantine measures in the event of a pandemic. In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set by the order of the Rector of the Institute No. 346-A / F of May 18, 2020, the Department of Economics, Department of Economics 5A-232401- "Organization and management of water resources “Graduates of the master’s degree program conducted an online defense process with the participation of the Chairman and members of the Final State Attestation Commission, supervisors and professors and teachers approved for the Master’s dissertation work.
Mirzayev Bahodir Suyunovich, First Vice-Rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, opened today's online defense process with an introductory speech and spoke about the changes in the field of education and the current situation. He wished success to the work of the Attestation Commission and good luck to the graduates. In the 2019-2020 academic year, the chairman and members of the Final State Attestation Commission, which approved and participated in the master's dissertation on the organization and management of water resources on the master's dissertation at the institute, are as follows:

3. Hafizov Bunyodjon Zayniddin oglu - "Activation of innovative processes in the agricultural sector of the economy." Friends and relatives of the graduates also participated online. The process was observed by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Bakhtiyor Khudayorov, the head of the Educational and Methodological Department D.Khodjayev, the employee of the Master's Department Sh.Azizov.
Being the first is both a privilege, a luck and a responsibility. The youth leader of the institute, who has been working with young people at the institute for almost 3.5 years, was the first to start defending his online Master's dissertation. It turned out that Akmal Berdimurodov carefully studied the sources related to the scientific work on the subject. It's not hard to see that, as he has been bold in his defense and has set an example of problem-solving. It is no exaggeration to say that this second step is a sign of the next steps. It is worth noting that instead of a ticket to the doctoral program, there was a master's degree. We wish all three the best of luck in their future endeavors. After the three defenses, all the professors and teachers of our institute and all the members of the commission, teachers, who took part in the defense on behalf of the rector's office, expressed their warm wishes and congratulations.
