Spiritual outreach to women continues.
A regular meeting of the advisory board of the Women's Institute was held. Z. Ismailova. The Chairperson of the Institute's Advisory Council on Women's Issues, spoke about the effectiveness, quality and efficiency of a number of activities on women's issues. In her speech, she noted that it is necessary to organize activities not by quantity, but by taking into account their problems, opinions, recommendations, suggestions, directly studying their activities in interrelation with studies and work of women, it is necessary to address each female employee and student, study their problems and render them timely and direct help from public organizations of the Institute. There are many responsibilities ahead and we need to identify and distribute plans for their preparation on the basis of the above ideas and carry them out in each faculty.
First of all to show women's activism in preparation for A. Aripov's anniversary, to spend International Women's Day at a high level and to prepare for sport competitions on the theme "Sport gouzali". On 2-3 March 2021 the Republican scientific-practical conference "I International: The role of women in the development of science and gender equality in the renewed Uzbekistan" will be held. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the issue of submitting articles to all faculties, attracting teachers and talented students. Associate Professor Sangirova U. and Associate Professor Kilicheva F. confirmed that the effectiveness of the work and activities depends not on us, but on the activities of our teachers and students and the results obtained. We hope that the work carried out at the Institute for Women will bring results by the end of the year.
