Certificates were issued for implementation of two fundamental projects with total cost of 6.17 billion soums.
On July 9, 2021 in the Ministry of Innovative Development, certificates were handed out to the heads of 34 projects (20 practical, 14 fundamental) in 9 disciplines. The Academy of Sciences and 7 research institutes under 5 ministries, 8 universities, 7 research centers were funded. (https://mininnovation.uz/uz/news/3256).
At this event, certificates were awarded for two fundamental projects to be implemented at TIIAME:
The fundamental project "Assessment and forecast of global climate change impact on reclamation of irrigated lands for rational use of water resources and development of methods for creation of electronic maps of hydromodule zoning of irrigated lands on GAT technology" with total cost of 3,2 billion soums (800 million soums per year) will be implemented under the scientific leadership of professor of Irrigation and Melioration Department, professor Khamidov Mukhammadkhon Khamidovich.
Under the scientific leadership of Tohir Zokirovich Sultonov, professor of the department of theoretical and construction mechanics, vice-rector on scientific work and innovations, the fundamental five-year project "Theory and methodology of evaluation of strength and reliability of earth dams, taking into account soil moisture and nonlinear seepage" worth 2.97 billion soums (593.74 million soums a year).
