The day of Alisher Navai
Events dedicated to the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi are held in various regions and cities of the country, educational institutions, enterprises and organizations. Given the great significance of the works of Alisher Navoi in the development of world culture, their role in enhancing the intellectual potential and spiritual and moral education of the younger generation, and with a view to ensuring the further study and popularization of his literary and scientific heritage, a presidential decision was signed on the broad celebration of the 580th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi.
On February 9, 2021, a spiritual and educational event was held at the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanisation to mark the 580th birth anniversary of the great poet and thinker. The talented students of the faculty took an active part in this event, fully demonstrating their skills and abilities.
Guests of the event included Nodir Zhonuzok, First Deputy Chairman of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, and Klara Turaeva, a member of the Yunus Rajabi music ensemble.
