Meeting with Students from Ferghana
Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan M.Mirsaidov and TIIAME prof. T.M.Mavlonov held a meeting in Fergana State University and Ferghana Polytechnic Institute on April 5-6, The meeting was attended by talented students of the institute, all masters, doctoral students and young teachers headed by the rector of the institute O.A Atagulov.
At the meeting held at the Fergana State University, participated the rector of the university prof. R.Kh.Maksudov, all vice-rectors, deans, heads of departments, gifted students of the institute, masters, doctors and young teachers. M.Mirsaidov noted that the President pays great attention to the practical implementation of the achievements of the science, and the fact that the President of our country has created a great opportunity for future scientific achievements.
M. Mirsaydov mentioned that we are talking about the greatest scientific achievements of science in the field of scientific research and the expectations of young people working in higher education institutions, as well as the completion of these scientific works, innovation ideas, new technologies and their implementation. Young people and university staff asked Ms. Mirsaidov many questions. The main content 
of these questions was:
What are the latest achievements in mechanical engineering? What is the essence of your scientific work, how does your research relate to physics and math science? Where is the atomic power station in Uzbekistan built, what is needed to build this station, what is the anti-salination work in our institute, why do not the drainage system in Syrdarya region work, use the wind to get energy, and how to solve the problem of water scarcity in our country? as well as questions about physics, mathematics, and energy.
M. Mirsaydov tried to answer all the questions. At the same time M.Mirsaidov said that in order to achieve high results in science, our young people should work diligently, study foreign languages well and work hard to improve their outlook he said.
M. Mirsaidov noted that there are sufficient conditions for the two universities to meet the challenges facing the state in the future, as well as the need to develop these institutions of higher education with the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other institutions. After the conversations, leaders of higher educational institutions in their speeches expressed confidence that the young people of the institute and university would justify their confidence. Students who made a speech promised to justify the confidence of the President.
