The meaning of the Appeal
Every historical document should be presented to the public. Its content is interpreted and transmitted to the general public. The wide-ranging study of the appeal of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Oliy Majlis on December 28, 2018 is one of the most important tasks. On January 9, 2011, the open lesson of PhD Anvar Yuldashev was presented at the Center for retraining and improvement of professional skills of the pedagogical personnel under the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Engineers of Agricultural Mechanization with the participation of the listeners of the course "Hydrotechnic buildings and Use of Pumping Stations".
