Effective cooperation
Development begins with mutual exchange of experiences. The experience and traditions of the developed countries will in some way serve our development. There is no doubt that their example will be practical for us. At the same time, they also use our experience effectively. Our mutually beneficial actions will be in the process of implementing crucial tasks and perspective plans.
These common goals also concern the various fields of science and education, in particular the water management system. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 20, 2017 "On Measures for Further Development of Higher Education System" No. PP-2909, May 24, 2017 "For rural and water economy networks On measures to radically improve the system of training engineers and technical personnel ", and on March 7, 2019" Systematic measures on improvement of the role of the Republic of Uzbekistan in international ratings and indices " the priority directions of training of specialists in the field of agriculture and water management were determined, based on the tasks outlined in the Decree No. PF-5687. Particular attention was paid to the exchange of experience and cooperation in the field of higher education.
In this regard, from May 13-18, 2019, President of the Alkorn University Donzel Lee, Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural and Applied Sciences Edmund Bakner, Director of International Programs Dovi Alipo, Vice President of International Affairs at the University of Mississippi The delegation from Djuly Jordan began to visit several higher educational institutions of the republic. Foreign guests admit that their visit to the institute is particularly impressive. It was a pleasure and admiration for our students, who were welcomed by our guests in a warm and cheerful manner, with their bouquets in their hands.
Rector of the Institute, Professor O '. Umurzakov invited foreign specialists to the videoconference hall. At the beginning, the rector briefed the guests on the history of the Institute and the results of international cooperation, noting that the next year the large-scale repairs have been commenced due to the 85th anniversary of our Institute. As they point to the warmth of both universities, they said, "Because we are really an educational institution affiliated with the water source, the Mississippi River in your country will come to our senses." Their smile and smile instantly spread to their faces. The perspectives of cooperation with this delegation were discussed. A memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed during the meeting. Alchorn University is the largest educational institution in the United States, and is the oldest state-backed university in Mississippi. Alkorn University was founded in 1871 as a result of Mississippi's efforts to bring up descendants of old-fashioned Africans. Mississippi was named after James L. Ackorn, the representative of authority. As the Mississippi acknowledged the importance of training for all citizens, Alkorn had the status and importance. Founded in 1871, eight university teachers have more than 800 professors and teachers. The number of students has increased from 179 students to more than 4000 different nationalities. While Alkorn graduates have limited access, many of today's graduates have succeeded in their chosen profession and are many prominent entrepreneurs. Alkorn University has been honored with the privilege of raising its leadership throughout its history, the prestige of the educational institution, engaging young people who want to have an exciting and quality education. There is no doubt that the memorandum signed between the two foreign educational institutions and our institute will give a good result in future sharing and popularization of partnerships, as well as partnerships for students and masters in the educational process.
