Past football competitions
The interest in sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan is so high that people aged 7 to 70 play sports. To build any society, it is necessary to form a harmonious, comprehensively developed personality with a high level of spiritual culture and the presence of creative aspirations. In particular, at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, all members of the management, faculty and students spend their free time playing football.
On October 14, 2019, at the institute’s sports ground, 1-course students of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization organized sports football competitions at the Dean’s Cup. The purpose of the event is to teach students to rationally organize their leisure time, to cultivate a sense of responsibility in them, the ability to show and develop their positive abilities.
The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty Ph.D., Associate Professor K.A.Shavazov. It was attended by 8 teams. According to the results of the tournament, the first place was taken by 103 groups, the second place was taken by a team led by the deputy dean for work with youth, the third place was taken by 101 and 104 groups. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the leadership of the dean of the faculty and the staff of the department of physical culture and sports for organizing this event.
