International project "Modernization of Higher Education" in cooperation with the International Development Association of World Bank and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-2848 dated March 22, 2017 "On measures to implement the project to strengthen the material and technical base of higher educational institutions with the participation of the International Development Association", the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the International Development Assosiation of World Bank are implementing an international project "Modernization of higher education".
In this regard, from October 2020 to January 2021, within Internal Quality Assurance, the leading experts in this field Lucien Bollert, Katya Siebert Kamsek and Akim Emurli regularly held training seminars.
Based on the training results, 6 out of 10 most active universities were selected by Shbeeman Consulting experts and recommended for participation in the next stage of the project.
The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and the World Bank expressed gratitude to the training participants of 6 universities for their active participation and cooperation in trainings within the framework of this project. The project participants were awarded certificates. It is known that the training consists of 8 modules, and each university team was assigned to specialized specialists at the training seminar.
