The secret of culinary
On December 13, 2018 at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers pumpkin count was held. In the contest, the faculty of ESAWR won the I place for the culinary masterpiece. They were awarded by Q.Shavozov , the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs of the Institute. At the same time, every student contributed to this excitement. All the dishes are made of pumpkin. The rector of the institute asked for detailed information about the cooked food prepared by each faculty. The girls answered these questions completely. Not only in cookery, but also in the art of carving, the girls showed their skills.
