Secrets of Remote sensing
At the invitation of Sh.Rakhmonov, the Head of International Cooperation Department, Prof. Bayes Akhmed from Great Britain's University College (in the top 10 in the QS) has come to negotiate with the TIIAME. During the visit B. Akhmed spoke about the ecological and socio-economic damage of the Aral Sea region by Vice-rector on International Cooperation A. Salokhiddinov and Professor of the Department "Ecology and Water Resources Management" B.Karimov. They discussed opportunities for participation in the UK and Horizont 2020 programs.
At the same time, B. Akhmed held a master class on "Remote sensing and its application to various industries" for 2nd year students and 1 year masters of "Geodesy and Geoinformatics" direction of "Land Management" faculty. The question aroused great interest, because the topic was of interest to the participants. At the end of the presentation, the sides agreed to cooperate with faculty professors and exchanged information.
