Certificates were given to"Pedagogy Mastery School" listeners
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2017 PF-4947 "On the Strategy of Action for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan", dated April 20, 2017 No PP-2909 Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 23, 2019 "On measures to radically improve the system of training of engineering and technical personnel for agriculture and water resources" on the modernization of educational process and educational-methodical activity at the Institute and implementation of innovative educational technologies in accordance with the tasks defined in the Decision № 797 "On the order of organization of processes of continuous improvement of pedagogical staff." In order to implement “Introduction of advanced pedagogical and information-communication technologies in educational process for young teachers of higher educational institutions” There was held 3 times and was open for young teachers of higher education institutions from October 2019 to January 2019, teachers: trainee teachers, young teachers with 5 years of teaching experience participated in it.
Initial Lessons In October 2019, for 19 young teachers from Hydromelioration and Mechanization of Hydromeliorative Works;
In November, 32 young teachers from the Faculty of Hydrotechnical Construction, Agriculture and Water Resources and Agricultural Mechanization;
In December, 38 young teachers from Organization and Management of Water resources and Land Management faculties.
The lessons were conducted by the teaching staff of the department and experienced faculty members of leading universities.
Young teachers received the following during the lessons:
- pedagogical skills, communication culture and psychology in teacher activity;
- teacher's speech technique and culture;
- forms of education organization. Lesson (Open lesson, Binary lessons) and requirements for them;
- interactive teaching methods and their application in the educational process;
- to organize teaching activities on a scientific basis;
- Technology and skills of the teacher;
- Methods of using pedagogical technologies in the teaching of special disciplines.
Young teachers who successfully completed the “Pedagogical Mastery School” course were awarded with certificates on February 19.
The event was attended by the rector of the Institute I.P.Umurzakov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs B.S Mirzaev and deans of the faculties. He wished success to young teachers in the future, and noted that advanced technologies should be used in educational process. Moreover, suggestions made by young teachers will be taken into account in the course of the organization of subsequent courses.
