A life led in sincerity by gaining in- depth knowledge
The word "life" is synonymous with the word "building". Life is arranged like a building, it shows height, people benefit from it. The destiny of the scientist is to awaken interest in enlightenment. It is no coincidence that the great sages said that the death of a scientist is the death of the universe. There is also great wisdom in the saying of the Prophet Muhammad: "Scientists are my heirs and heirs." There will be people who will connect their lives with science and education, who will determine the fate of the country. Thus, he works tirelessly, diligently, sweats, he is applauded, and at the same time makes a living.
Our teacher Umurzakov Uktam Pardaevich was one of such people. If they were alive today, they would be exactly 69 years old. Life is compared to walking up the stairs. Childhood, adolescence, adolescence, adolescence, old age are stages of life. Someone can cross these passes, and some cannot. A master is one who has passed these passages with honor to be an example to all. To do this, a person must have an innate talent, creativity and enjoy his work. The path of life will not be smooth, it will consist of spiritual experiences such as joy and sorrow, joy and sorrow. The answer to this question requires intelligence, understanding and a sincere attitude. Only then will obstacles and difficulties be resolved. They say that the tree takes root somewhere. Uktam Umurzakov entered the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers in 1969 as a student.
After successfully completing his studies, he began to work as an intern, junior researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Repair of the Institute. From 1977 to 1980 he worked as a junior researcher at the research laboratory of the institute. Then he continued his career as an assistant at the Department of Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering, head of a research laboratory. It was at this point that responsibility for his work and internal discipline led him to the next step. As a result, in 1990-1992 he served as the dean of the faculty of advanced training of the institute. The dedication and leadership potential of science is growing from year to year. These qualities manifested in him when he worked as a vice-rector of the Training Center for Agricultural Mechanization of an educational institution, and then as a dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization. It is clear that a person who loves his job, has a sense of dedication to his profession, is obliged to maintain discipline and dedication. A manager who takes his job seriously and knows that their fate is reflected in their work must inevitably be considerate and respectful.
From 1999 to 2004, TIIAME held the position of Vice-Rector for Research and Information Technology, and from 2004 to 2011 as the First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Institute, the principle of the above qualities could be seen. One thing is clear: leadership means responsibility. This is responsibility to yourself and your word, to your employees, to the activities of your colleagues. Where there is egocentrism, tolerance, sincerity, mutual respect and trust, a creative environment is created in the institution and there is productivity.
When Uktam Umurzakov was appointed acting rector of the institute, he felt a full sense of the responsibility of the leadership. Combining scientific, educational, pedagogical and managerial activities, he worked as a professor at the Department of Economics of Water Management. From 2017 until the end of his life he worked as the rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization. He sincerely served the ideas of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev that only attention to science can serve the development of the country. He remained true to the call of the head of state that we should prepare our children for life, not for exams.
For this, the rectors of educational institutions realized that they need to pay serious attention to the quality and efficiency of the education system. His dedication and zeal for this task made him think about the need to create a Republican Council for Higher Education, and he led it. Although the Council has not been established for a long time, it has taken a number of practical steps, expressing detailed proposals and comments on the development and reform of education.
The teacher dreamed of celebrating the glorious date of our institute. But fate did not allow him to take over these matters. There is no more selfless teacher among us who deeply loves his profession and education. Unfortunately, they were trapped in a cruel death. When you enter the institute, the surrounding flowers, trees, walls, auditoriums, alive and inanimate, as if visiting the teacher, honoring him, whispering to him, moaning and moaning. Restless, active and responsible for his profession, Uktam Pardaevich's zeal is the result of his enthusiasm, attention to the education system and the fruitfulness of millennials under his leadership. It is human nature to control and enforce the laws and decisions of the education system, decrees and orders and other government documents.
Indeed, the teacher Uktam Pardaevich, who began to live a second life, was a sincere person, and he was a father to his students. We still remember the meeting of the rector, at which he rebuked the energetic professors and teachers: They say that the sun rises to set, and humanity dies. But the question is how to die. An enlightened person who sanctifies science and education for the good of the country is truly from paradise. The dedication of the leader of our state, his enthusiasm for organizing events, knowledge and potential, leadership skills in a dream, management culture and, most importantly, his humanity are an example and patience for all of us.
The teacher of the Institute Manavia Khayoti also left an indelible mark. Abdulla Aripov, President of the Autonomous Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev is one of the most influential people in the world. The author of the text of the National Anthem, Hero of Uzbekistan, People's Poet Abudulla Aripov is commendable.
Of course, it should be noted that the coyote master has deep roofs and base notes. This is due to the name of the Turk, family and teachers. Uktam aka Parda ota Umurzakov passed away, who was only three years old, and he worked as a good father, the first head of the river district. His upbringing and knowledge were entrusted to the kind and caring mother Hosiyathon ay Tursunova. The prayers of a mother who loved all her children were mustahabahs. It is no secret that the path of mentors also looms in this region. Aktam Pardaevich, a talented student, teased the snow teacher with his connection with different dates, and the institute invited him. On one side was academician Salimov Akil Umurzakovich, on the other - academician Iskandarov Sadulla Iskandarovich.
Friends of the teacher Zamir Usmanova, who has two sons and one daughter, are happy and satisfied with their children. It is clear that the teacher raised the children for herself. Today they are one of the first and most talented people in my society. The second cube of the Master - kayoti, built on eternity based on sincerity - continues. In the writings of his children and thousands of students, he wrote books about perseverance and decency.
