It is clear that the trees in the desert do not blossom or bear fruit. The spiritual environment, the conditions and privileges created are also important for talent. Being creative, talented, innovative, that is, a person's revenge on news means that he is indifferent to the development of the country and the fate of the country. For this purpose, the use of different methods and methods of education and upbringing, and the spiritual inspiration of young people is also truly enlightenment and patriotic. Enlightenment is a double wing and it nourished by the miraculous power BOOK. The reader always distinguished by public consciousness and broad outlook. That is why the President's actions to promote public reading are truly spiritual courage. It is true that the head of our state, who has not read the book, has no future for the people and the nation, has taken special orders and decisions in this regard.

Taking into account the tasks outlined in this Concept, it is important to spend students' free time meaningfully, to increase reading and reading culture among young people, to increase the intellectual potential and literary level of our children. For this purpose on November 20, 2010 at 13:00 in cooperation with the Institute of Writers, the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, the Creative Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan and the Academy of Public Speaking, a widespread introduction of reading culture, creative dialogue with writers and poets. The creative dialogue organized jointly in the big hall of the National Library of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi. At the same time, the presentation of the collection of "Inspiration springs" by students of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Engineers of Agricultural Mechanics with the participation of well-known poets and writers held. It features 21 students' creative works, and one can see the spark of talent sparking talent. The same conclusion is reached when reading a book.

The event was attended by poets and writers Nodir Jonuzoq, Rustam Musurmon, Gayrat Majid, Fakhriddin Hayit, Adhambek Alimbekov and head of department of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Education Otabek Bozorov, who is an example to the wider public. The significance of this event is large and important. “Regular organization of such events is valuable in the form of an unconventional, intuitive educational lesson,” said Ruzimurot Choriev, vice-rector for Youth Affairs of the Institute.

The expressions of gratitude from Sarvinoz Kholova, the creative student whose poems were included in the book, and the wishes of all students noted. In addition, a couple of poetic songs by Khodjiakbar Khamidov, a professor of the Humanities department of the institute, Doctor of Historical Sciences, were very impressed. At the end of the event, poet Sirojiddin Sayid presented 21 students of the complex with memorable gifts from the association. It assured that this cooperation would continue in the future.
