The continuation of Uzbekistan-Hungary Rector's Forum at Bukhara branch of TIIAME
It is important to mention that within the framework of the forum, the report of the rectors of the regional universities was listened by a a number of forum participants. The forum was attended by Dr. Orsoyo Pasay-Tomasic, head of the Hungarian delegation, Secretary of State of Hungarian Diplomatic Academy and Stipendium Hungaricum program, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Uzbekistan Peter Santo, Rector of Semmelweis University Dr. Bela. Merkey, rectors of HEI and other Hungarian universities, board members also participated at the event
The forum is expected to intensify cooperation between Hungarian and Uzbek universities, said the head of the Hungarian delegation, Secretary of State of the Hungarian Diplomatic Academy and Stipendium Hungarium, Doctor of Science Orsoyo Pasai-Tomasic. The ceremony of signing the memorandum also was organized with the participation of universities of Uzbekistan and Hungary. On behalf of Bukhara branch of TIIAME , the director of the branch, Shavkat Jakhonovich also signed about 10 Memorandums of Understanding. Shavkat Jakhonovich also noted that the forum will be useful to both parties in the future.
