On April 22-25, 2020, the XXIII International Scientific Conference "Construction the Formation of Living Environment" (FORM-2020) was planned in Hanoi (Vietnam) on the basis of the National Construction University. Event organizers: National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (NRU MGSU), National University of Civil Engineering (NUCE), Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM), Hanoi University of Architecture (Vietnam), Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (TIIAME).

Due to the pandemic that began in March 2020, the conference was postponed to September 23, 2020. Today, at 12:00 Tashkent time, a plenary session began, dedicated to the opening ceremony of the FORM-2020 International Scientific Conference. The plenary session began with speeches by leading scientists in the field of construction. The participants of the international scientific conference were congratulated by the heads of partner universities Pham Duy Hoa, Akimov Pavel, Vu Ngoc Anh, and the chairman of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, rector of the TIIAME, Professor Umurzakov Uktam Pardaevich.

The conference will be held on September 24-25, 2020 in the following scientific sections:

Section 1. Smart city;

Section 2. Modern building materials;

Section 3. Engineering Infrastructure;

Section 4. Reliability of buildings and constructions;

Section 5. Management in construction;

Section 6. New construction technologies.

43 employees of our institute will take part in scientific articles. Scientific articles discussed at the conference will be published in a scientific journal in the Scopus database.
