At the premiere of the documentary film, devoted to Abdulla Oripov

It is known that in March 2020, President Shavkat Mirziyoev met with representatives of science and art on the Writers' Alley in Tashkent and set a number of tasks to study the creativity of writers and educate the younger generation in the spirit of their works. These include the creation of a museum to study the works of writers, perpetuate their memory and the creation of a documentary film. As a result of this meeting, on behalf of the Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, higher educational institutions were involved in the study, popularization of  writers works. It was Abdulla Aripov,  who was personally attached to our instituteby the suggestion of the distinguished President of Uzbekistan. It means not only a great honor for TIIAME, but also a huge responsibility.

Over the past year and a half, our institute has held many events dedicated to Abdulla Aripov. Our institute has published the best poems of Abdulla Aripov, glorifying the Motherland, created a Youth Park named after the writer. A museum has been created in the administration building. Close contacts were established with members of the poet's family, visits were made to  create school named after the writer in Karshi and the village of Nekoz, where the poet' spent his childhood. Besides that, about 150 events were organized on the Writers' Alley by professors, teachers and students. One of the most important things we have done is a documentary film about the life and works of the writer.
The premiere of this film took place today in the large conference hall of our institute. As one of the documentaries filmed in the "Heart of the People" section, it has a special value. The film was shot in cooperation with the studio "SPECTR" and saw the world as a result of tireless searches for the talented director Furkat Usmanov and cameraman Davronbek. Professors and students of our faculties took part in the premiere, which lasted nearly an hour. Contemporaries and colleagues of Abdulla Aripov, as well as members of  writers family made every effort to make the film a success.
The premiere was attended by the wife of the great poet Mrs Khanifa and daughter Mrs Shoirakhon. Members of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan and responsible people from TV channels also took part. The documentary was filmed in Tashkent and Karshi, as well as in the village of Nekoz, Kasan region, where the writer was born and spend the brilliant childhood. The film depicts the talented poet Shodmonkul Salom  in the role of Abdulla Aripov.
