There are writers who cannot imagine their life without poetry. They revere poetry as a balm for the heart, a means of expressing heartache and an artistic weapon. They associate their feelings, intuitions with suffering of the people and write them down on a piece of paper.

One of such sensitive writers is the national poet and hero Abdulla Aripov. Observing the work of the poet, you feel the subtlety of philosophy. There is no doubt that many scientific brochures and monographs will be written on his work. As Odil Yakubov, the People's Writer of Uzbekistan pointed out, "Abdulla Aripov's phenomenon is a symbol that has not been fully understood yet." 

In TIIAME was organized an online meeting “JONАJONIM, ShE'RIYAT!”(MY DEAR, POETRY!), dedicated to the works of the great writer Abdulla Aripov, also was held a presentation of the book about the writer, “Men shoirman, istasangiz shu...”(I am a poet, so if you want ...) by a talented writer and journalist Abdusaid Kochimov.

Ruzimurat Choriev, Deputy Rector of the Institute opened the event, further the floor was given to Professor Umurzakov Oktam Pardaevich, the Chairman of the Republican Council of Higher Education, Rector of the Institute. They proudly noted the various events held at the institute to popularize the work of Abdulla Aripov, as well as the establishment of a special scholarship and badge in the name of the poet. They also spoke about the importance of the book and expressed their sincere gratitude to the guests.

Abdusaid Kochimov, the author of the book well-known writer and publicist, General Director of the National News Agency of Uzbekistan; Shuhrat Rizaev, Literary Scholar, Candidate of Philological Sciences, First Deputy Head of the Uzbekkino National Agency and the poet's daughter Shoira Oripova, candidate of medical sciences, associate professor, and head of the Karshi branch of TIIAME, professors and teachers of the Creativity School named after Abdulla Oripov took an active part.

Abdusaid Kochimov provided information on the creation of a memoir entitled “Men shoirman, istasangiz shu...”. The works of the writer, who revealed the magic of words and the wisdom of poetry, are sealed forever. Shukhrat Rizaev spoke about the harmony of philosophical elegance in the poet's work. The poet's daughters Shoira Oripova shared her memories of her father. Then Sevinch Omonova, a 10th grade student of the Abdulla Aripov Creativity School, Dilnoza Jabbarova, a student of the Faculty of Land Management, TIIAME, and Sohiba Imomomalieva, a student of the Faculty of Irrigation and Drainage recited poems by the poet and by themselves.
